This month, the Sarada Vilas Educational Institutions community gathered to celebrate our enduring legacy in South India's educational landscape. While our roots date back to 1861, it was in 1945 that Sarada Vilas College was formally established, paving the way for the robust multi-disciplinary campus we operate today.
The commemorative event highlighted our consistent academic performance, including our proud retention of the NAAC 'A' Grade accreditation. Faculty from the Law College, Teachers College, and College of Pharmacy joined the undergraduate science and commerce departments to reflect on our shared mission.
Special tributes were paid to our "Grand Old Man of Mysore," the late Sri M. Venkatakrishnaiah, whose vision shifted the institution toward modern education. We also celebrated our illustrious alumni—including Infosys Founder N. R. Narayana Murthy and renowned scientist Dr. V. S. Arunachalam—who continue to inspire our current generation of students to strive for global excellence.
